A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced digital marketer to join a well established international manufacturer working within a global Marketing Department and teams in the USA, Germany, Japan, France, Italy, China, Malaysia and Indian offices. The Group Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing and measuring the Group’s digital marketing strategies, campaigns and plans. This includes planning and managing all digital marketing channels, including search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing. The Digital Marketing Manager will also work with a creative team of colleagues to develop and execute content marketing campaigns.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Develop, in conjunction with the Group Marketing Communications Manager, and execute the Groups Companies’ digital marketing strategies
  • Plan and manage all Group company digital marketing channels including the creation and management of a global content marketing calendar to ensure regular relevant content on all websites throughout the year.
  • Track and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Work with the Group Content Marketer to develop and execute content marketing campaigns.
  • Operational major product campaign management, ensuring asset creation and production deadlines are met and that campaigns are delivered and measured effectively.
  • Report on the results of digital marketing campaigns to the Group Marketing Communications Manager and other senior stakeholders as required.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, including monitoring content activities of competitor websites and social media channels.
  • In collaboration with the global marketing team ensure that all published non-English content is accurate and correct.

Skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a B2B digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Strong experience with engineering product focused content marketing, including copywriting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
