Job Title: Sales and Customer Service Executive

Location: Uxbridge

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Benefits: Bonus and commission schemes available

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Friday: 8:30am to 4:30pm

Job Description:

We Staff have partnered with an award-winning supplier and distributer of sustainable catering and packaging equipment to the UK food-2-go sector.

We are searching for a bubbly and ambitions Sales & Customer Service Executive to be the voice and face to new and existing customers and clients.

Main Purpose of the Job:

• Order processing via phone & email
• Making daily outbound calls to existing and new customers
• Upselling to new and existing customers
• Rejuvenation of business
• Follow up and chase sample requests
• Taking incoming sales calls in the absence of the Sales Team
• Operate Live Chat System
• Work as part of a team

Personal Activities:

• Meet set weekly targets
• Handle administration from calls and tasks assigned by senior management
• Account manage any accounts handed over by Senior Management
• Conduct mailshots/mailers to existing and/or new customers
• Take incoming sales calls
• Engage customers with questions to keep conversation going
• Listen to customers' needs to generate repeat sales
• Gather and document customer information, purchases, and reactions to products
• Stay updated on all products and inform customers of new products
• Answer customers' questions on the products
