Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of technical skills and experience in maintaining and improving facilities. You will play a key role in ensuring our properties are safe, efficient, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance & Repairs: Conduct routine and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Inspections: Perform regular inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Installations: Carry out installations and upgrades of various systems and equipment.
• Emergency Response: Provide timely response to emergencies and critical system failures.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operation and project completion.
• Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the facilities management industry.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
• Certifications: Relevant industry certifications (e.g., 17th/18th Edition Wiring Regulations, F-Gas, Gas Safe) are highly desirable.
