Location: Stonehouse

Working hours: rotating shifts: early: 06:00-14:00 Mon-Thu & 06:00-13:00 Fri, late: 14:00-22:30 Mon-Thu & 13:00-18:00 Fri

Salary: £29,734.80 inclusive if shift allowance (overtime also available)

An exciting opportunity to join a growing manufacturing business has arisen for Production /Manufacturing Operator to carry out general manufacturing duties in manufacturing workshop based in Stonehouse.

The appropriate general operator will be responsible for:

Preparing customers components to meet specification and cleaning requirements

Hand filing and dressing of customer components

Part-marking of customers components

Sealing of customer components

In process inspection of customer product

Prepare Customer product for Despatch.

Pack to ensure fit for Transport.

Ad hock duties such as assembly or machine operating – training would be provided

Requirements:

Ideally previous experience in manufacturing or assembly or engineering environment

Good Attention to details

Have good numerical skills and good numerical skills.

Ability to work rotating shifts.

Ability to use hand tools.
