Centre Manager
Up to £35,000 DOE, plus bonus and overtime
Salisbury/Newhaven
Hours: The Company's normal opening times are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm, Saturday 8.30am hours to 5.00pm hours and Sunday 10.00am to 4.00pm. Working hours to be discussed at interview

Job Responsibilities
- Managing an automotive centre overseeing vehicle repairs, maintenance, and MOTs
- Ensuring that complaints are always minimized through excellent customer care
- Liaising with Managers in your region, Area Managers, the Operations Director & Head Office when required
- Adhering to Health & Safety, Compliance, and Stock Control policies and procedures
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times
- Support your teams with development and training opportunities
- Ensuring achievement of KPIs and sales.
