Senior Quantity Surveyor wanted for this dynamic contractor specialising in key areas of the construction industry. Over the last 4 years this construction company have experinced tremendous growth and due to this are looking to expand their team. Ideally they are seeking a self motivated and ambitious individual who will be a part of the next phase of the companies development and growth. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will work closely with their well established commercial team with some of the day to day duties below:
- Building productive long term relationships with a range of diverse clients
- Excelling in contract negotiation for optimized project profitability
- Excelling in multitasking to meet deliverables without compromising quality
- Manage, supervise and mentor your “reports” within the commercial structure
- Processing payments
To be considered for this position you must have had a minimum of 5 years experience working as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally for either a main or sub-contractor. For the successful candidate the following salary and package will be available:
