Our client, a well-renowned equipment supplier in the manufacturing industry, is looking for a Production Operative to join their dynamic team in Salisbury! This is an entry-level position that offers training from experienced colleagues and development opportunities. It’s the perfect role for  someone with a strong work ethic that’s eager to learn the ins and outs of manufacturing processes.

The Production Operative will also benefit from:

• Weekly pay, wage increase after 12 weeks
• Monday to Thursday- 4 days per week (NO WEEKENDS!)
• Overtime enhanced rates on Fridays & Saturdays
• Staff canteen and facilities
• Onsite parking

Hours : Monday – Thursday, 7:00am - 5.15pm

As Production Operative be responsible for:

• Heavy lifting and manual handling of products
• Working to product specifications such as size weight and quantity
• Producing and distributing top quality products
• Measuring, weighing and mixing components
• Working alongside colleagues to achieve daily targets

As Production Operative you’ll have:

• A hands-on approach to all tasks you undertake
• A hunger for learning and an interest in how things are made
• The desire to only produce the best quality products
• Knowledge of using hand and power tools
