Position Overview: As a Technical Services Manager, you will be a pivotal player in their project management team. My client is seeking an individual who has a strong track record of successfully managing commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects with budgets up to £20 million. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the technical aspects of projects, ensuring they run smoothly, and contributing to their success. Additionally, they are looking for someone who is eager to immerse themselves in their projects, contribute to their growth, and take on a leadership role within their Technical Services department within 2 years, with a small team reporting to you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee technical aspects of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects, ensuring quality and compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Review and analyse project plans, technical documentation, and design drawings.
• Provide technical guidance, solve complex technical issues, and ensure project objectives are met.
• Mentor and lead a small team, delegating tasks and providing support to enhance their performance.
• Collaborate with senior management to contribute to company growth and achieve the vision of becoming the head of Technical Services within 2 years.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects with budgets up to £20 million.
