One of the UK’s largest service providers is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for their NHS Contract.
Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of maintenance duties across the site, ensuring a full and comprehensive maintenance service for both the retained and new hospital buildings based in the Wirral.

Responsibilities
- Undertake carpentry & joinery tasks, floor, wall and ceiling tile replacement, roof repairs, plaster repairs, brickwork, drainage, and other works associated with the upkeep and maintenance of the building fabric
- Assist in replacement of components and systems as part of life cycle obligations
- Liaise with external contractors and other staff
Essential Qualifications/Skills
- Experience of hands-on repairs, e.g self-managed DIY projects
- Healthcare experience would be beneficial
