Cnc Setter Operator

My client is a world leader in aircraft crew seating and executive jet passenger seating, and is now branching out into the electrical galley insert sector.
They are looking for a CNC Setter/Operator(Milling) to join their growing team, at their fantastic manufacturing facility in Southend-On-Sea.
Main Duties:
- Responsible for setting/operating and manufacturing a variety of small-batch components from engineering drawings to within tight limits,
- Responsible for manufacturing all components within the agreed timescales,
- Responsible for setting a variety of CNC machine tools for operators as and when required,
- Responsible for using a wide range of measuring equipment to check small-batch components after manufacture
- Maintaining the agreed quality rating at all times
- Making sure that manufactured product is suitably protected for transit
- Working in the order of the manufacturing plan at all times
- Responsible for making sure that all manufacturing paper work is filled out correctly
- Carrying out all tasks allocated by the Team Leader in a timely and efficient manner
- Responsible for ensuring that a high standard of housekeeping is maintained at all times.
Exeperience in CNC Milling department is essential to be successful in this role.
The role pays up to £17.72 DOE per hour, Full-Time, 39 Hours Per Week: Mon – Thurs: 8:00 – 17:00 Fri: 8:00 – 13:00.
