LOCATION: Devon
HOURS: 37.5 Mon-Thurs 8:30-17:00 Fridays 08:30-16:30
SALARY: £15 Inclusive PAYE or £17 Umbrella
DURATION: TEMP

- Engage with local communities to understand their housing needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve access to affordable and quality housing.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to address housing challenges and create sustainable solutions.
Preferred Requirements:
- Proven experience in housing management or community development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Demonstrated understanding of housing policies and regulations.
- Ability to analyse data and identify trends to inform housing strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives forward.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant degree in Housing Studies, Social Work, Community Development, or a related field.
- Professional accreditation in housing or community development is desirable.
- Additional qualifications in project management or data analysis would be beneficial.
