HOURS:                   37.5 Mon-Thurs 8:30-17:00 Fridays 08:30-16:30
SALARY:                 £15 Inclusive PAYE or £17 Umbrella
DURATION:             TEMP

  • Engage with local communities to understand their housing needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve access to affordable and quality housing.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to address housing challenges and create sustainable solutions.
  
Preferred Requirements:
  • Proven experience in housing management or community development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Demonstrated understanding of housing policies and regulations.
  • Ability to analyse data and identify trends to inform housing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives forward.
  
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree in Housing Studies, Social Work, Community Development, or a related field.
  • Professional accreditation in housing or community development is desirable.
  • Additional qualifications in project management or data analysis would be beneficial.
