General Labourer / Driver (Construction)

Our client based in Rochdale are looking for a Driver / Labourer to assist on various domestic and commercial projects across the borough.
Duties:
- To carry out reactive and planned works throughout the Borough of Rochdale, in both a domestic and commercial setting, on a wide variety of building types and premises.
- To be part of a reactive and planned maintenance team providing a quality building maintenance service to the customers of the borough.
- Carry out general labouring duties
- Assisting various trades on a construction site.
- loading/unloading of materials
- purchasing/collection of materials from suppliers
- using RBC fleet vehicles
- Various aspects of ground works
- Mixing various mortar/substrates
- Maintaining a tidy site and
- Any other general duties as required in order to assist either MPS personnel or any of the various trades on site.
- Have responsibility as a key holder for the company assets, as and when required to carry out work related tasks
