Overview:

The client I am working with delivers SaaS solutions that help customers optimize the energy performance and carbon impact of their commercial building portfolios.

They are looking for a determined Customer Success Manager to join the team, based in the UK but this is a 90% remote position. The ideal candidate for this role should be flexible to travel to major UK cities maybe once/ twice a month. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer satisfaction and dedicate to helping clients achieve their energy & decarbonization goals.

Role Responsibilities:

As the Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for leading the onboarding process for new clients, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. You will act as an advocate for customers within the company providing timely and constructive feedback to the product development team.

A successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelors and or masters in an Environmental Sustainability field
  • Prior experience in customer success, client management preferably in energy and/ or commercial real estate sector
  • Experience with strategic client relationships & management
  • Strong Understanding of energy management principles, renewable technology and their impacts on the built environment
