About the Role: AK Teaching have been asked to support a group of partnership schools with their recruitment. They are looking for 4 dedicated teachers to join their team in Newcastle (Gosforth). Successful candidates will play a crucial role in running their own class supported with a LSA. You will have support from SLT if required but ultimately, they are looking for a number of teachers to make their class their own. While building strong relationships with pupils in order to find individuals potential and help develop that.

The school offers onsite parking as well as regular training and CPD.

The roles will be split across 2 different schools with a mix of roles, full time and part time roles available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teacher to deliver educational programs
• Provide support and encouragement to students to help them achieve their learning goals and thrive in the classroom.
• Promote an engaging classroom environment.
• Adapt learning materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Work collaboratively with SLT, parents, and other staff members.

Requirements:

• An enhanced DBS on the update service is required, or applicants must be willing to apply and pay for one through AK Teaching.
• Willingness to work with a wide range of ages, as and when required.
• Relevant qualifications QTS
• Relevant experience in a similar setting is highly desirable.
