What we do.

This particular role is at our Bakkavor Desserts site based in Highbridge, Somerset and specialises in making delicious chilled desserts such as cheesecakes, tarts and sponges. The site employs over 560 people.

About the role.

As a Process Technologist, you’ll ensure the smooth transition of product concepts to launch, making sure that technical and quality standards are achieved and profitability is maximised. With the confidence and experience to challenge current factory processes, you’ll work collaboratively to find improvements and identify efficiencies. You’ll also plan and carry out project trials to establish process capabilities and support due diligence.

About you.

With experience gained in a similar role, you’ll:

• Be familiar with the high pressure demands of our FMCG environment,
• Excel at building effective relationships and communicating with people,
• Be adept at problem-solving,
• Have a flexible approach to work and a professional attitude.
