DBS Chef De Partie

PRS are currently looking for a temp agency Chef De Partie in the Northampton (NN4) area.
We require someone for 1 weeks cover 08/07/2024 to 12/07/2024
Working hours; 7am to 4pm per day
Pay rate; £18 per hour.
The successful candidate MUST hold a current Basic DBS Certificate

Duties include;
- Effective and efficient food production in line with recipe sheets
- Full knowledge of all menu items served
- Management of production to ensure minimal wastage
- Maintenance of food levels throughout all service periods
- Maintenance of food quality and brand standards
- Ensuring the maintenance of high hygiene and health and safety standards
- Capturing and recording all volumes consumed and overproduction
- Assisting in the compilation of all shift opening and closing checklists
- Discussing ideas or improvements with line manager
- MUST have a current Basic DBS Certificate
- NVQ Level 2 Culinary or equivalent
- Level 2 food hygiene certificate
- Candidate must be able to provide their own chef whites, black trousers, black apron & black skull cap
