Actio Technical Recruitments dedicated Electronics recruitment team are assisting one of our Ferndown based clients with their search for a PCB Assembler to join their team.
Purpose of the role
To produce high quality PCB and related components using surface mount technology and manual assembly and rework where applicable.
The Business
Our client are a long established and successful contract manufacturing business who provide solutions and components for a number of industries and high end clients. Based out of their large and modern premises in Ferndown they have built a reputation for quality across the industry and hold numerous ISO and AS accreditations.
The Job
You will be required to build PCB’s and related components and tasks will include:
Working form assembly drawings
Operating SMT
Manual Assembly
Soldering
Rework
Knowledge of SMT component recognition
Occasionally performing other duties related assigned
About You
We are seeking PCB assembly candidates who are confident using Surface Mount Technology and have skills in:
Previous experience of PCB Assembly and rework.
IPC is desirable.
Good attention to detail
Ability to work from drawings
Ability to multi task
Pay and Benefits
Pay is negotiable depending on experience
Permanent employment

Monday to Thursday (no Fridays!)
