Position: Inclusion Support Worker 

Location: South Leeds 

Contract: Temporary - Permanent 

Start Date: September 

Salary: £90 - £100 per day (experience dependent)

About Us:

PK Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Inclusion Support Worker to join one of our diverse, inclusive, and welcoming primary schools based in South Leeds. Our schools are committed to providing a supportive and engaging environment for all students, and we are looking for a passionate individual to help us achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with diverse learning needs.

- Assist in the implementation of personal education health care plans (EHCP’s)

- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

- Support students' social and emotional development.

- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.

- Monitor and report on student progress.

Requirements:

- Experience working with children in an educational setting, ideally pupils with additional needs including SEND and SEMH.

- Understanding of inclusive education practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

- Relevant qualifications or certifications in education or support work (preferred but not essential).
