Our Insurance client has a unique global opportunity to shape one of the most innovative security awareness, behaviour and culture programs globally. The team is in the process of bringing together behavioural psychology, artificial intelligence and security awareness to drive culture change, engage the business and make Information/Cyber security challenges real.

  • Develop and implement behavioural change programs to enhance cyber security awareness and practices among employees, customers, and business partners.
  • Conduct psychological assessments to identify potential security risks related to human behaviour.
  • Design and deliver training sessions focused on the psychological aspects of security such as social engineering, phishing, and insider threats.
  • Collaborate with the different functions to integrate psychological principles into technical security measures.
  • Drive innovation and evolve the organisation’s approach to business change.
  • Research and stay attuned to the latest trends in security psychology, and behavioural sciences.
  • Analyse data from prevailing security breaches to consider the human factors involved and develop strategies to prevent similar incidents.
  • Provide expert advice on psychological factors that influence security risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Drive Information/cyber awareness campaigns aimed at strengthening the security posture of the organisation.
  • Complete supplier management due diligence for new suppliers and M&A candidates.
