Isca Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a proactive Sales Co-Ordinator to join a fast-paced unique business in Exeter. Working as part of a friendly lively team your duties will include:

Sales Co-Ordinator – The Role

• Seeking new business opportunities by contacting potential customers on the database to start developing relationships and to create enquiries and leads.
• Leads processing, contacting customers following visits and quotes.
• Handling customer queries and new business enquiries via phone and email.
• Supporting marketing activities including mail shots, lead sourcing and attending exhibitions.
• Maintaining the customer database.
• Maintaining the external Sales Managers diaries

Sales Co-Ordinator - The Person:

• You will need to possess excellent communication skills with a personable and professional telephone manner enabling you to build rapport with potential customers.
• Proven work experience in customer service, telesales or sales co-ordination role within a B2B environment
• IT Literate with experience of using Excel and CRM software is essential.
• You’ll be a capable multi-tasker, with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Sales Co-Ordinator – The Benefits

Salary : £32k-38k + commission

Hours: 09:00 – 16:00 Mon – Fri

28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays)
