Leading Analytical Development company seeks an experienced Maintenance Engineer.

About the role:

As a Maintenance Engineer to provide engineering support to the Pharma Services Business unit to deliver all maintenance activities (Planned and Unplanned) ensuring all operate efficiently and are maintained in line with Business and Regulatory compliance.

Hours of work:

37.5 hours a week Mon - Fri

Duties may include:

• Ensure that all maintenance activities are completed within the constraints of the environmental, HS&E legislation and any future compliances
• Assist with the management and completion of Facilities PEMAC schedules
• Supervise and coordinate outside contractors as required, issuing Permits to Work accordingly
• Develop and modify Facilities site layout drawings as required
• Support Pharma Services with completion of Planned & Unplanned maintenance activities
• Support Process Engineers with change control activities
• Assist with the coordination / completion of the weekly maintenance routines
• Assist with the management of the Facilities maintenance documentation.
• Assist with the generation and management of validation documentation as requested
• Some weekend supervisory work will be needed to coordinate & completion of maintenance works
• Working within the Maintenance Engineering team to complete all jobs to completion.

Skills and experience:

• City & Guilds Level 2 in an Electrical or Mechanical related Discipline (or equivalent)
• Post apprenticeship experience in a maintenance environment
• Previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry and working to GXP compliance
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office packages (to include Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Maintenance Engineer team working
