The Role:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant in a secondary school, you will play a pivotal role in supporting teachers and enriching students' learning experiences. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and make a real difference in the lives of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire and challenge students.
• Provide individualized support to students who may need extra help with their studies.

• Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe and conducive learning environment.

Requirements:

• A degree in Education or a related field, with a passion for secondary education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with students and support their learning.
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to learning and development.
• Previous experience working with secondary school students is advantageous but not essential.
