Executive Assistant to the Group Managing Director
Full time: Monday - Friday - Hybrid with 2-3 days in one of our offices located in Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000
Reporting to: Group Managing Director, Bridges Group
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Assistant to support our Group Managing Director. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with discretion and efficiency. This role requires an individual who can manage the Group Managing Director’s time effectively, anticipate needs, and build a strong, trusting working relationship.
You will play a crucial role in supporting the Group Managing Directors goals and objectives. You will be involved in making important decisions and providing valuable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Diary Management: Extensive management of the Group Managing Director’s diary, implementing systems to prevent chaos and ensure efficiency.

Expense Management: Organise and manage expenses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Travel Planning: Coordinate travel logistics, including itineraries and alternative plans, to maximise the Group Managing Director’s productivity.

Confidentiality: Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Forward Thinking: Proactively anticipate the Group Managing Director’s needs and foresee potential issues before they arise.

Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a calm and composed manner.

System and Process Creation: Develop and master systems and processes that streamline operations.

Relationship Building: Spend time building strong working relationships with the Group Managing Director’s wider team members.

Crisis Management: Stay calm in crises and manage situations efficiently.

Professional Communication: Exhibit strong executive communication skills, both written and verbal.

Technical Skills: High level of proficiency with technical tools and expense systems.

HR Skills: Understanding of HR to support the HR team when needed.
