Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and book valuations via local branches
• Agree and progress residential sales

Skills and Experience Required:

• Preferably experienced in residential estate agency
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
• Exceptional communication -strong verbal communication skills, particularly over the phone, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
•  First class service - proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment where priorities frequently shift
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in IT (MS Office, internet, email systems)
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
