Senior Buyer - Belfast - Salary up to £41,000 + Benefits

I am currently recruiting for a Senior Buyer to work for an engineering organisation based in Belfast.

The organisation has supplied their products to clients all over the globe for over 50 years.

Due to internal organisational changes within the business, they have the need to appoint a Senior Buyer on a permanent basis.

In this role as a Senior Buyer, you will be joining a team of 6 Buyers at their site in Belfast. You will be managing your own commodities and be responsible for for all operational buying activities, this will include, raising PO's, Expediting orders, meeting with Production, building supplier relations & managing conflict. My client has an incredibly full order book so they are looking for a capable buyer who can help drive the buying function forward to support the Production team to be able to get more products out on time in full.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years experience as a Buyer
• Worked within a Manufacturing/Production/Engineering organisation or similar
• Experience with Microsoft Office Packages
