DN Colleges Group is seeking an ambitious and visionary Assistant Principal for Higher Education (HE) to join our Senior Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the Deputy Principal, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering our HE Curriculum Strategy, driving key targets with high ambition and aspiration for the Group.

This is your opportunity to make a real impact by leading the development and delivery of a cutting-edge HE curriculum, including Professional Qualifications at Level 4 and above, and Higher-Level Apprenticeships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Provide dynamic leadership and articulate a clear vision for the HE curriculum that meets the evolving needs of students and industry.
  • Curriculum Development: Spearhead the creation and enhancement of a vibrant, engaging, and high-quality HE curriculum across the Group.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure safeguarding, equality and diversity, and health and safety are at the forefront of all curriculum activities.
  • Industry Relevance: Keep abreast of industry trends and ensure curriculum staff are equipped to provide relevant and up-to-date careers advice and support to students.

Group Responsibilities:

  • Enthusiastically communicate a compelling vision for the curriculum informed by a clear and coherent identified need.
  • Foster a culture, team, and resources that develop and deliver an exciting and impactful curriculum.
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to enhance the curriculum, driving them to completion.
  • Relentlessly prioritise safeguarding, equality and diversity, and health and safety in the curriculum.
