Contracts Manager Small Works

My client is a privately owned regional main contractor who specialise in refurbishment, some maintenance and build works up to £1m.
The head office is based in Herts - projects are in this region and surrounding North and West London Regions.
- A wide range of varied projects include: dentists, care homes, schools, commercial, and residential.
- Ideal candidate must be an ‘allrounder’ from a trades background who is able to manage projects when needed. Will be involved in projects from inception to completion.
Projects will be mainly small jobs c4-8 weeks. There will be a site supervisor on larger jobs reporting to the the successful Contracts Manager. Trades brought in but usually from same pool.
Needs previous experience from small main contractor rather than bigger company as the ideal candidate will need to be very hands on.
My client are a close team who look after staff - this role will suit a candidate who prefers working for a privately run SME rather than in a larger corporate environment.
