- Attending appointments within occupied domestic properties
- Carrying out annual services of gas appliances
- Attending emergency call outs
- Fault finding and repairing gas appliances
- Remedial work
- Landlords safety certificates
You will need:
- NVQ level 2/3, City & Guilds in Plumbing
- ACS: CCN1 CENWAT, CPA1, CKR1, HTR1
- LPG and OFTEC – would be advantageous
- Ground source heat pumps – desirable
- Experience within a similar role
- Clean driving licence
