We are seeking a high-quality Teaching Assistant to join an "Outstanding" rated prep school in Watford. Nestled within 26 acres of vast grounds, this school features outdoor classrooms and maintains excellent academic standards, small class sizes, and brilliant facilities.

Key Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant:
- Support teachers in delivering high-quality education and ensuring each child reaches their full potential.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, aiding their learning and development.
- Assist with classroom management and help create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Offer emotional and social support to students, helping even the shyest child feel confident and engaged.
What We Are Looking For:
Qualifications: CACHE Level 3 / Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or Equivalent
Personal Qualities: Caring, patient, and passionate about working with children.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proactive and flexible in supporting teachers and students.
Experience: Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
Be able to commute to Watford via car or public transport.
