As the Chemotherapy Team Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Specialist in SACT, providing education and support.
- Ensuring the cancer team delivers quality care and adheres to safety compliance.
- Providing direct line management and supervision of the chemotherapy team.
- Developing practice in the assessment of health and wellbeing needs within cancer services.
- Delivering SACT and non-SACT treatments to cancer patients.
- Supporting the development of strategies and policies for cancer services.
- Leading on quality improvement and offering advice and support within cancer services.
- Overseeing ongoing training and monitoring of UKONS 24-hour triage.
The Chemotherapy Team Lead will receive a comprehensive package including:
