Business Development Manager

Up to £60K + uncapped commission + Car or Car allowance   

Full time | Permanent | Monday - Friday 2 shift patterns available

Attega Group is currently partnering with our client in recruiting a Business Development Manager  to join the team.

The main purpose of this role is to Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, ensuring exceptional after-sales support and proactive customer outreach to maintain strong relationships and collaborate closely with Senior Management and internal teams, including sales, production, and customer service, to ensure alignment of sales strategies, effective communication, and seamless customer experiences.

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £60k depending on experience, plus company car, Health & wellbeing programme


This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be between the time of Monday to Thursday 08:30am – 16:30pm / Friday – 08:30am – 14:30pm 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue. Ensuring exceptional after-sales support and proactive customer outreach to maintain strong relationships.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for all incoming technical inquiries, providing expert advice, guidance, and support to customers to ensure their needs are met effectively.
  • Actively engage with customers post-sale to assess their satisfaction levels, address any concerns or issues, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
  • Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, maintaining a strong brand image and fostering trust and confidence among customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Senior Management and internal teams, including sales, production, and customer service, to ensure alignment of sales strategies, effective communication, and seamless customer experiences.

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in target markets
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients and partners
  • Developing and implementing growth strategies and plans
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
  • Increasing client base by securing contracts with new customers
