We're on a mission of growth and expansion, and we're seeking a Delivery Consultant (Technology) to join our passionate team of disruptors and visionaries in our new Birmingham office.

Your Mission:

As a Delivery Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our growth journey, driving revenue and exceeding targets through your expertise and dedication. Here's what you'll be up to:

• Be a proactive hunter who is an expert at unearthing and engaging with the very best Technology Talent for our clients
• Partner with colleagues to support managed accounts, ensuring outstanding service delivery to both existing and new customers.
• Foster and deepen relationships with clients, aiming to build lasting partnerships that drive mutual growth and success.
• Build robust communities and networks and maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding and supporting them in their journey to find their next role.
• Actively support your teammates with opportunities involving their key accounts and relationships, contributing to a cohesive and successful team effort.
• Achieve billed revenue by adhering to the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the very best service and experience to candidates and clients at every step.
• Aid recruitment consultants and business development managers by identifying and generating new business leads.
• Stay ahead of the curve by diving deep into your sector, keeping abreast of the latest Technology industry trends, developments and news.

What we’re looking for:

• A proven track record in sourcing and unearthing supreme Technology talent across multiple Tech verticals.
• Experience within either a Delivery Consultant, 360 Recruitment Consultant, or Talent Acquisition role.
• A passion for building communities and lasting relationships with candidates.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and a hunger for success
• Resilience and adaptability, with a flair for thriving in dynamic environments
