As an AV Onsite Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering and supporting a wide range of AV installations. Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex AV-related issues on-site and remotely.
- Prioritize and handle support requests efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional support.
- Conduct scheduled maintenance visits and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the support team to establish best practices.
- Share insights and feedback on product design to enhance future projects.
- Assist in scoping and specifying AV solutions for diverse client requirements.
- Proven experience in fault finding and resolving AV issues.
- Strong knowledge of audio, videoconferencing, and control systems.
- Proficiency in IT networking and AV systems integration.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions.
- Technical expertise in sound engineering and signal flow.
- Relevant industry accreditation's and familiarity with leading platforms.
- Familiarity with videoconferencing platforms and hardware.
- Health and safety accreditation.
- Residency within Greater London.
