As a Senior Theatre Practitioner, you'll be expected to:
- Deliver safe, high-quality care for patients during their peri-operative phase
- Support, coordinate, and passionately assist in the management and organisation of care within the operating department
- Provide clinical and managerial direction, ensuring all team members deliver quality patient care
- Lead in the delivery of patient care during a list or specified period of time
- Develop and enhance the skills and knowledge of others and yourself
- Promote best evidence-based practice within your scope of practice
- Apply legislation, policies, and procedures correctly
As a Senior Theatre Practitioner, you'll be rewarded with an annual salary of up to £44,000. Other benefits include:

- Post-registration qualification relevant to functional specialty i.e. Advanced Scrub Practitioner or Surgical First Assistant qualification

- Approved / recognised anaesthetic course
- ILS and Orthopaedic skills
- Previous experience working within an acute healthcare environment
- Experience managing and guiding a clinical team
