Twenty4Seven Education is currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Business Teacher to join one of our schools in Coventry. As a Business Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate students on the principles of business, economics, and entrepreneurship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and Deliver Lessons: Create engaging and informative business lessons that cover a wide range of topics, including economics, marketing, management, finance, and entrepreneurship.
• Supportive Learning Environment: Foster an inclusive classroom where students feel motivated and empowered to participate in business activities and develop their understanding of the business world.
• Innovative Teaching Methods: Utilize a variety of teaching methods, resources, and technologies to enhance students' learning experiences and foster their interest in business education.
• Differentiated Instruction: Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs and abilities of students, providing both support and challenges to ensure all students achieve their full potential.
• Real-World Connections: Incorporate real-world examples, case studies, and practical applications to make business education tangible and relevant.
• Student Assessment: Assess student progress through a variety of formative and summative assessments, and provide constructive feedback to support their development in business studies.
• Collaborative Projects: Work with colleagues to develop cross-curricular connections, interdisciplinary projects, and extracurricular activities that promote a holistic understanding of business and its role in society.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) / PGCE or equivalent certification in Business Education.
• Passion for teaching business and fostering a love for entrepreneurship and economic understanding.
• Strong subject knowledge and understanding of business curriculum and assessment standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
