Job description:
My client is the privileged partner of architects, interior designers and prestigious brands in the UK and abroad. It has the ability to bring complete satisfaction to their customers: deploying expert know-how and talents. Today they have an industrial side and a projects division with highly experienced teams set globally. They can deliver every need expressed in the world of architecture.
They are looking for a Design Coordinator to focus the Façade sector of several prestigious projects in Central London.
Main Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Design Manager on site
- Regularly travel to sites in London.
- Assist in managing appointed consultants to prepare working drawings and specifications.
- Working closely with the site team to ensure schemes are delivered efficiently and are cost effective
- Attend project and design team meetings when required
Requirements:
- Have a background in Architecture or Engineering
- Previously worked on Façade projects
- Experience working on Stone Façades (desirable)
- Self-motivated and pro-active in your approach to your work, with the ability to be deadline driven.
