We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join our SEMH specialist school. This is a full-time, long-term position starting in September, perfect for someone with a genuine passion for supporting pupils' learning and developing their social and emotional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve pupils' behaviour and engagement.
• Work closely with teaching staff to create a positive learning environment.
• Help pupils develop essential social and emotional skills.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children with SEMH needs is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for making a difference.
