German Speaking Accounts Assistant

Your responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring accurate and timely processing of revenue invoicing and payment transactions in the EMEA region
* Supporting the end-to-end processes required for billing, collections and payments in the EMEA region
* Ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures
* Ensures seamless and efficient invoice raising, collections, processing and payments
* Customer set up and collections, ensuring customers are set up correctly on systems
* Maintain supplier master data, including contact information, payment terms and bank details
Skills and Experience:
* Fluent German Languages skills
* Proven AP/AR Experience
* Proactive attitude, resourcefulness, autonomy and integrity in your approach
* Effective communication skills with respect, empathy, and confidence
* Strong collaboration skills for building positive relationships within a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
* Intermediate Excel skills, including vlookups, pivot tables, and duplicate entry identification
* Exceptional organizational and administrative skills, with a knack for meeting tight deadlines
* Keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
