This global leading company design and manufacture specialist engineered products for clients around the globe. Their customers include some of the largest and most recognisable businesses in the world, and they are renowned for their exceptional quality and service levels. Due to ongoing expansion, they are now looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their expert team.

In this role you will be supporting the design and development on an exciting range of new product development projects, with a particular focus on tooling, jigs and fixtures. As part of this, you'll also be working closely with multiple teams across the business in order to help bring new products to clients. The company will also provide with you extensive training in order for you to become an expert within their industry.

This role would therefore suit an individual with proven experience in mechanical design, who is looking for a new challenge and the chance to play a key role on R&D projects for a global leading company.

The Role:

• Design & development on R&D projects
• Producing 2D & 3D drawings
• Supporting new product development
• Further training and progression opportunities
• £40,000 - £44,500 + Bonus + Training + Excellent Benefits

The Person:

• Strong background in mechanical design
• Confident using CAD (Autodesk, Solidworks etc.)
• Interested in R&D
• Commutable to Bristol
