Job Title: Trolley Retrieval Operative
Reporting To: Site Supervisor
Summary
The role of the Trolley Retrieval Operative is to assist in the timely and effective completion of all reasonable requests made by your Charge hand or Site Supervisor. This will include collecting trolleys and returning them to customer pick-up points in a good clean condition. You will be required to assist customers in locating lost vehicles. You will also be required to respond positively to any reasonable request made by any staff member, customer or site supervisor.
Job Description
As part of the Car Park Management Team you will be required to:
1. Ensure optimum car park efficiency by ensuring the timely retrieval of trolleys and returning them to the customer pick up points.
2. Onsite cleaning duties, ensuring the trolleys are always clean and presentable and free of litter.
3. Responsible for ensuring you abide by the safe working procedures of a trolley operative
4. Dealing with customers including customer complaints, customer services and customer facing duties; referring this to your direct line manager.
