In this role you will be making time cost estimates and preparing estimates to meet tender submission goals. You will ensure that all relevant documents and budgets are submitted and secure profitable works.

The ideal Senior Estimator will have good understanding of BoQ item coverage and experience producing tenders. You will be confident meeting with clients and NEC suite of contracts.

The role:

• Tender submission strategies and producing BoQ's
• Ensuring relevant documents and budgets are submitted
• Client meetings

The person:

• Background in Estimation
• Commutable to Birmingham 1/2 days a week
