One of my clients is looking for a a temporary records officer. This is a contract until December with possible further extension.
ROLE
Reviewing a backlog of physical files according to retention policy. Updating Records Management system according to data quality policies.
Required in the office 3 days per week. Flexible on which days in the office. No more than 2 days at home.
35 hours per week - can be flexible with the times (e.g. 9-5, 8-4, 7-3)
MANDATORY DUTIES:
- Actively seek to implement the City of London Police Occupational Health and Safety Policy in relation to the duties of the post and at all times give due regard to the health and safety of both themselves and others when carrying out their duties
- Actively seek to implement the City of London’s Equal Opportunity Policy and the objective to promote equality of opportunity in relation to the duties of the post
- Undertake any other duties that may reasonably be requested appropriate to the grade
- Maintain personal responsibility for gathering, recording, storing, accessing and sharing of information in compliance with data protection and information security policy, procedures and codes of practice and legislation
