PageGroup are delighted to support a global organisation with the appointment of a HR Business Partner to join the UK function and support the HR Director with the growth of this successful manufacturing organisation.
Due to the nature of this sector, the role is fully office based working.
Description
The role of HR Business Partner will work closely with the UK HR Director to support with the growth of the UK manufacturing function. The role is an exciting, challenging and varied position, pivital to the success of the organisation.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Alongside the HR Director, develop HR strategies aligned with the business objectives.
- Support with recruitment and selection - ensure the most appropriate recruitment strategy, up-skill line managers in the recruitment and selection process, ensure a robust workforce planning strategy and work with line managers & HR colleagues on the delivery of a talent and succession strategy
- Manage complex employee relations casework
- Support line managers with performance management
- Develop talent management programs to support employee retention and development.
- Monitor training needs and training budget
- Support with the annual pay review
- Prepare board reports
- Oversee a small HR team
Profile
Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background within a similar HR Business Partner role.
Working knowledge of manufacturing (or similar) sectors will be beneficial but not essential
Preferable you will hold CIPD qualifications
