£32,000 - £34,000/annum + Study Support

Anderson Knight Recruitment is excited to partner with a leading client in the property sector to recruit a skilled Client Accountant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to join a dynamic team and play a vital role in managing financial accounts and providing exceptional service to their client’s portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prepare financial statements and reports for a diverse property portfolio.
  • Handle client accounts, ensuring accurate billing and reconciliation.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Liaise with clients, providing financial insights and responding to inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with property managers to optimize financial performance.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Part Qualified status (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Proven experience in property accounting or a related industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
