Job Overview: As the Distributor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales channels in the UK, ensuring the stability of product pricing and smooth information flow. You will work closely with Main Distributors, Sub Distributors, and retailers to implement channel strategies, optimize inventory management, and maintain healthy business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and plan channel strategies to ensure effective distribution of products at all levels.
  • Manage relationships with key distributors and oversee the activities of secondary distributors and retailers.
  • Implement price control mechanisms to prevent price confusion and ensure consistent market pricing.
  • Regularly review channel performance, identify bottlenecks and potential risks, and propose improvement plans.
  • Coordinate product supply to ensure inventory levels match market demand.
  • Collect market and customer feedback to provide data support for product development and market strategy.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in channel/distributor management in the e-cigarette or related consumer goods industry.
  • Familiarity with the UK's retail and distribution market, and understanding of local laws and regulations.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills to handle complex market data.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain key customer relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluent in English communication, including both written and spoken expression.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in resolving channel conflicts.
