Solvit is looking for a new Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our busy office in the Lutterworth area. This is a permanent, office-based role from day one. You'll start on a new desk covering either Leicester or Coventry across industrial, commercial, sales, or finance sectors.

This is a sales-focused role where you'll hunt for new clients, match vacancies with great candidates, and form mutually profitable business relationships.

Business development will include cold calling, using social media effectively, seeking referrals, client visits, or any automation you feel would be effective.

It's a role that gives you total freedom to run the desk like it's your own business and earn a significant amount of commission, paid every four weeks. (No more waiting six months for commission or dealing with quarterly payouts!)

What does this role offer you?

• £28K base salary (negotiable).
• Up-to-date commission paid every four weeks.
• No restrictive commission threshold or cap (you can literally earn whatever you want).
• A competitive commission structure (earning £4K commission every four weeks is realistic) on top of your base salary.
• Guaranteed commission of £500 for the first three months.
• Christmas and end-of-year bonus.
• Flexibility (while it's office-based, working from home one day a week is possible once you're established).
