2nd Line Support Technician - £32K - £35K - Manchester
About the role
In this role, you'll focus on building relationships with colleagues and assisting them with their laptop, MS365, and service-related issues. Additionally, you'll be involved in ongoing projects to ensure everything remains updated and secure, while also exploring new technologies and methods to continually enhance our business.
About you
You are an experienced IT Support technician, adept at resolving most Windows and Apple laptop issues, and resourceful enough to find solutions for those you don't immediately know.
You have experience managing MS365 and/or Google Workspace, including developing and testing business resiliency plans.
Although not essential, you also have a basic understanding of networking and can collaborate with partners to maintain and protect our systems.
