A local Reading SEN School is appointing a committed SEN Teacher to providing the best possible education and life opportunities for the diverse students. The SEN Teacher - Reading is a full time position with a September 2024 start, and the opportunity for a teaching and learning responsibility (TLR) for the right candidate.
The Reading SEN classrooms are classified by their student abilities, they all have varying degrees of: ADHD, ASD, Autism, Dyslexia, Behavioural issues, Downs Syndrome and other learning disabilities.
**Must have QTS qualification**
**Minimum 2 years' experience in a SEN Teaching role**
Job Title: SEN Teacher - Reading
Location: Reading, Berkshire
Salary: Up to £43,709 per annum dependent on experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only
The SEN Teacher - Reading role will have high degrees of contact with children or vulnerable adults. All candidates are subject to necessary pre-employment checks, including a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check, including a Child/Adult's Barred List check (where applicable to the role in question).
