Connex Education is working with a primary school based in Bolton who are recruiting for SEND Teaching Assistants to work on a full-time basis.

About the school

This is fantastic role in a 'Good' Church of England Primary School. They are looking for SEND Teaching Assistants to support students aged 4-11 with their educational journey on a 1:1 basis, and provide a safe space for all students to reach their full potential.

Assignment Details

This SEND Teaching Assistant role is to for a September 2024 start and an ongoing assignment, Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 3:30PM.

Person Specification

• Have experience of supporting pupils with Special Needs, either in a school or a similar setting.
• Be willing to provide personal care.
• Be confident in working with challenging behaviour.
• You must have a current enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to provide a new one.
