We are seeking an experienced FLT Driver with a Counterbalance, Bendi or Reach license for a role in Altrincham. The role involves unloading containers, supporting the replenishment team, and carrying out picking and packing warehouse duties.

In this role, you will be responsible for unloading containers and bulk pallets, maintaining stock accuracy, operating reaching and bending equipment, performing quality checks, participating in stock takes, utilizing FLT to move goods, adhering to health and safety guidelines, and maintaining a clean working environment.

• Unload containers and handle bulk pallets
• Maintain stock accuracy and integrity
• Picking and packing
• Operate reach and bend equipment safely and efficiently
• Conduct quality checks on inbound goods
• Participate in regular stock takes and cycle counts
• Utilize FLT to move goods around the warehouse
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements: 

• Must hold a valid Counterbalance, Bendi or Reach FLT licence
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well numerically
• Demonstrable experience unloading containers and handling bulk pallets
• Strong attention to detail and high personal standards
• Commitment to accuracy and quality in all tasks
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Proven experience in stock control and handling

Hours: 7.50 am – 5 pm Monday – Friday

Salary: up to £26,000 plus performance bonus
